The Diploma in Beauty Therapy is the course to help you establish your career and become a Beauty Specialist.   • Must be of 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of a Pre-training review with NAHB
  • English proficiency levels of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent or completion of a Literacy, Language and Numeracy (LLN) assessment
  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent


This course has some common units shared in other nationally recognised courses. A credit transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may be available in related courses such as a Diploma of Salon Management and/or further qualifications in Dermal Sciences

This qualification is not suitable for an Australian Apprenticeship pathway.


Graduates will be competent to apply substantial skills and knowledge to areas such as planning, selecting appropriate services and techniques and managing clients and/ or a Salon. Candidates can choose from many career options including;
